These are fantastic custom made Portable Hard Drives. They are connected through the USB port on your PC or Mac, Laptop or Desktop and take there power directly from the USB port so there is no need to have additional power. This makes them easy to simply plug into any computer so you can transfer, back up and copy data. These units are very small and fit in your pocket. They use a 2.5 inch Hard Drive Mechanism and are housed in a very cool enclosure which not only looks fantastic but is extremely durable.
All our drives have One Touch capability built in. In simple terms this allows you to select the data you want to make a copy of, press the button on the front of the drive and it will make the back up for you at the touch of a button. However if you don’t want to use this free feature and software then no problem if you don’t want to load it simply plug in the drive and drag and copy any files and folders you want to make a back up of. All our drives are assembled in the UK and fully tested prior to dispatch which means all you do when they arrive is plug them in and you are ready to go. (Apple Mac users are advised the One Touch Feature and Software is not compatible with the Mac platform. The drive can still be used on the Mac but as a standalone external hard drive)
All drives come complete with a USB Cable, Software and a carry case.

The Enclosure
The enclosure is Black in colour. It has a rubberized black surround to offer extra protection to the unit. The central section is finished with a black shiny gloss finish which gives the drive a very high tech and stylish look
What do I get included with the Drive.
The unit comes as standard with Back Up Software, One Touch Back Up Feature, Carry Case and USB Cable. All the drives are formatted and bench tested prior to dispatch so you simply plug and play
What is One Touch and do I need to use it
It’s a function that is built into the drive which you can activate using the free software provided but only if you want it. For customers who don ’t want to use this feature the drive will work as a standard external hard drive. If you do wish to use it you can set up the drive to do a set backup which you can customize. Then when you want to back up just press the button and it does it for you
What type of Internal Drive does it use
This unit uses the latest SATA technology drives. So inside you are running the fastest and latest drive technology with a USB2 Connection on the back of the enclosure
Where is the drive made, supplied and supported from

Will this drive work on Desktop PC’s and Apple Macs as well as Laptops
Yes this drive will operate effectively on all types of PC’s and Mac computers. Its bus powered so you simply need to plug it into your USB port without any additional power sources which makes it very portable. Mac users should be aware that the drive will come formatted for PC so you may need to re-format the drive for use on the Mac
What are the dimensions of the Enclosure
This is amazingly small and compact. Its only 13cm long, 8cm wide and just under 1.5cm in depth so it slips into your pocket or bag very easily. Remember we also provide you with a Carry Case to ensure the drive is protected if you are moving it from A to B

There can be a lot of variances here ie size of MP3 file etc however as a guide 100Gb will hold Thousands of business files

We use SATA drives in all our One Touch Portable Hard Drives. In terms of mechanism that we use this varies from time to time which is why we don’t publish the exact information on each drive. For example we are currently using Seagate 5400rpm Drives in our 60Gb units but Fujitsu 5400rpm in our 160Gb Drives. What never changes is that we will only use 5400rpm Drives or Higher in terms of speed of rotation.
