Any item that is purchased from CBA is covered by Total Support. What this means is that if any user has an issue with a product then they simply call us or email us. We aim to make contact with the customer the same working day. We will then of course do our best to answer any questions or resolve any issues over the email or telephone the same day.
Our normal hours of opening are Mon to Fri 8.30am till 6pm for telephone enquiries. For email we have email checked 7 days a week and respond as required.

We at CBA pride ourselves in offering the best after sales service. In the unlikely event you have any issues with any product you purchase from CBA its covered by Total Support. You simply call or email us with details of your issues. We aim to return your call or email the same working day and resolve your issue. If in the event you do have to return a product under warranty our goal is to repair/replace and have it on it’s way back to you within 48 hours of it arriving with us.
