Any item that is purchased from CBA is covered by Total Support. What this means is that if any user has an issue with a product then they simply call us or email us. We aim to make contact with the customer the same working day. We will then of course do our best to answer any questions or resolve any issues over the email or telephone the same day.
Our normal hours of opening are Mon to Fri 8.30am till 6pm for telephone enquiries. For email we have email checked 7 days a week and respond as required.
